About Lessons

A single half-hour lesson can be purchased for $35 or 5 lessons for $150.
Lesssons will be customized based upon each student's talent level and age. The paragraphs below give a general idea of what will be taught based upon skill level.

Beginner Lessons

We will work on the basic pitching mechanics and motion. The fastball will be taught and must be accurate before moving to the next level. Good mechanics are the building blocks to making a great pitcher.

Intermediate Lessons

Since accuracy is so important we will continue to work on it as well as introduce the change up and improve speed.

Advanced Lessons

Once the fastball mechanics have been mastered, advanced pitchers will work on picking up speed and keeping control. Pitches with movement such as the screw ball, drop, rise, and curve will be introduced based on the pitchers abilities.

Part of all lessons:

Knowing the rules, fielding responsibilities and the mental game are all very important. These items will be reviewed with the students at various times during lessons.

Pitching Tip:
"Perfect Practice makes Perfect"
Make sure you are taking time to check your mechanics. Rushing your drills and pitches and doing them the wrong way will create bad habits that take much longer to break.
