Lesson Cancellation - If you have to cancel a lesson, I require that 24 hour notice is given. My business is appointment based and only works when appointments are kept.  If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance than that lesson scheduled will be forfeited. 

Catcher Policy - I request that when scheduling a lesson that someone must accompany the pitcher to act as her catcher during the lesson.  This is so that I may give 100% attention to the pitcher and her form. 

5 Lesson Package Policy - I discount lessons when 5 lessons are paid for up front.  In addition to getting discounted lessons the student/parent are able to schedule the lessons and secure future time slots.  If the student/parent wants to cancel future lessons without rescheduling (i.e forfeiting lessons) I will refund the balance of the package if the cancellation is made within 30 days of the package being purchased. The refund will back out any discounts the student received by purchasing the package.  For example if a package was purchased for $175 for 5 lessons and after 3 lessons, the daughter no longer wants to pitch, I will refund $55 ($175-$40*3 lessons = $55).  No refunds will be given for lessons forfeited after 30 days from the package purchase.
